This water tower is part of Raadi manor in the north of Tartu. Before the Second World War Raadi manor was one of the finest in southern Estonia. During soviet time it was military zone and in very bad condition. Today it belongs to Estonian National Museum and they are renovating it now. The water tower has already been rebuilt and works as a watching tower.
